Boostly, Inc. (“Boostly,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website at https://www.boostly.com (our “Site”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of our Site (“you” or “your”). By using our Site, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is also subject to our Master Customer Agreement.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process information in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers (e.g., where our customer is your favorite restaurant). In that context, our processing of your personal information is subject to our agreements with our customers. Our customers are the data controllers and their privacy policies will apply to the processing of your personal information. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those explained in this Privacy Policy. Please directly contact our customers if you have any questions about their processing of your personal information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
A. Information You Provide to Us
Registration and Demo. When you sign up for an account on our Site, we ask you for your phone number, name, and email. When you sign up for a demo, we ask you for your name, phone number, email, company name, and company website URL.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect your email address. When we send you emails, we may use embedded pixels or other technologies to track information about your receipt and interaction with our emails, such as whether and when you open them, whether you access any links included in our emails, how long you read our emails, whether you forward our emails and to whom, your General Location Information (described below), and your Device Information (described below), to learn how to deliver a better experience and improve our Site.
Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through a third-party service, such as LinkedIn. Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

Our Site may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
Our Site is hosted in the United States (“U.S.”) and intended for visitors located within the U.S. and Canada. If you choose to use our Site from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may also transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Site.
